Comparison review
The iPhone 6s is much better than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, getting a general score of 83 against 72.2. IPhone 6s comes with iOS 9.x operating system, and Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T counts with Android 4.3 operating system. The iPhone 6s design is much newer and somewhat thinner than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T's, although it's just a little heavier.
IPhone 6s counts with just a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1334 x 750px and a just a bit higher number of pixels in each inch in the screen. Apple iPhone 6s has much more memory for apps and games than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 112 GB more internal memory capacity.
IPhone 6s counts with a quite superior hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, and although they both have a 2 GB RAM and 2 cpu cores, the iPhone 6s also has a 64 bits processor and a better graphics processor. The Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T counts with better battery duration than iPhone 6s, because it has 2100mAh of battery capacity.
IPhone 6s shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, and although they both have a 0.33 inches sensor, the iPhone 6s also has a way higher 12 mega-pixels resolution back camera, a bigger diafragm aperture to take better captures and videos in low light situations and a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, the iPhone 6s is also cheaper, which makes it a simple decision.
