The Apple iPhone SE (2020) has a global score of 81.5, which is much better than Galaxy S III AT&T's overall score of 72.2. The Apple iPhone SE (2020) has iOS 15.x OS, and Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 OS. Apple iPhone SE (2020)'s design is newer and somewhat thinner, but also just a little bit heavier than Galaxy S III AT&T.
The Apple iPhone SE (2020) features a much greater processing power than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with 1 GB more RAM memory, a higher number of cores and a 64-bits processor. Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T and iPhone SE (2020) count with extremely similar displays, because although the iPhone SE (2020) has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a bit higher quantity of pixels per inch of display and a slightly better 750 x 1334 resolution.
Apple iPhone SE (2020) shoots better pictures and videos than Galaxy S III AT&T, and although they both have a same size camera sensor, the Apple iPhone SE (2020) also has a much better 3840x2160 video resolution, a much larger camera aperture for better images in poorly lited environments and a camera with a way higher 12 mega-pixels resolution.
The iPhone SE (2020) has a way bigger memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. Galaxy S III AT&T counts with just a bit longer battery lifetime than iPhone SE (2020), because it has a 15% bigger battery capacity.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we are comparing here, Apple iPhone SE (2020) is also by far the cheapest one.
