IPhone XS is better than Galaxy S III AT&T, having an 84.2 score against 72.2. IPhone XS's design is noticeably newer and somewhat thinner than Galaxy S III AT&T's, but it is heavier. IPhone XS has a slightly better display than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a bigger display, a way better 1125 x 2436 resolution and a much higher pixels count per inch of screen.
The Apple iPhone XS features a way bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory. IPhone XS counts with a much faster processor than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with 2 GB more RAM memory, a 64-bits processing unit and more cpu cores.
The iPhone XS has greater battery duration than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a 2659mAh battery size.
