The Asus ROG Phone 5s is much better than Galaxy S III AT&T, getting an 84.9 score against 72.2. The Asus ROG Phone 5s is a a lot newer phone than the Galaxy S III AT&T, but it's thicker and noticeably heavier. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but Asus ROG Phone 5s has the newer 12 version and Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3, so it provides you some nice extra features.
Asus ROG Phone 5s has a quite superior hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with more RAM and 6 more processing cores. The Asus ROG Phone 5s features a little more vivid display than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a greater quantity of pixels per inch in the screen, a much higher resolution of 1080 x 2448 pixels and a lot larger display.
Asus ROG Phone 5s has a much bigger storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. Asus ROG Phone 5s has a greater camera than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a lot more megapixels camera in the back, a way bigger aperture to capture better low light images and video, a much bigger sensor and a lot better video resolution.
