The Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, with an 83.2 score against 72.2. The Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate body is notably newer than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T's, but it's somewhat thicker and heavier. Both phones we compare here work with Android OS, but the Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate has a more recent 12 version while Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, so it gives some extra features.
