Google Nexus 6 has a general score of 81.1, which is better than the Galaxy S III AT&T's 72.2 global score. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but the Google Nexus 6 has the newer 5.1 version while Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, so it offers some nice extra features. The Google Nexus 6 construction is newer than Galaxy S III AT&T's, but it is way heavier and somewhat thicker.

Google Nexus 6 has a better performance than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a better graphics processor running at 500 megahertz, more RAM and 2 more cpu cores.
