Google Pixel 4a is much better than the Galaxy S III AT&T, getting a general score of 82.9 against 72.2. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Google Pixel 4a has 11 version while Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version. Google Pixel 4a's body is newer and a bit thinner, but a little heavier than Galaxy S III AT&T.

Google Pixel 4a features a bit superior CPU than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores and 4 GB more RAM. The Google Pixel 4a features a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a greater quantity of pixels per screen inch, a larger display and a lot higher 1080 x 2340px resolution.

The Google Pixel 4a takes much better photographs and videos than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a larger sensor providing a better image quality, a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera and a much larger aperture for better images in poorly lited environments.

Google Pixel 4a has a much better battery duration than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a 50% greater battery capacity.
