The HTC One M9 has a score of 77.7, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T's score of 72.2. Both devices in our current comparison have Android operating system, but the HTC One M9 has newer 5.0 version while Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, giving you some additional features. Although the HTC One M9 is a lot newer than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, it's thicker and somewhat heavier.

HTC One M9 counts with a better screen than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a little larger display, a lot better 1920 x 1080 resolution and a higher pixel number in each inch of display. The HTC One M9 features a better CPU than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a greater number of cores , more RAM, a much better GPU running at 600 MHz and a 64 bits processor.

HTC One M9 features much more storage for apps and games than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has 16 GB more internal storage capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 128 GB. The HTC One M9 takes better videos and photos than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a camera in the back with way more megapixels, a larger aperture, a lot bigger sensor taking way better quality photographs and videos and a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
