Although the HTC U Ultra is extremely heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, it's just a little thinner and way newer. HTC U Ultra counts with a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a bigger display, a much greater display density and a way better 1440 x 2560 resolution.

HTC U Ultra counts with a very superior storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has an external SD slot that admits up to 1,95 TB and more internal memory. The HTC U Ultra counts with a really longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity against 2100mAh.

The HTC U Ultra costs more than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
