HTC U11 is a little bit better than the Galaxy S III AT&T, with a 77.6 score against 72.2. The HTC U11 body is a lot newer and a little thinner, but also extremely heavier than the Galaxy S III AT&T. The HTC U11 has a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a way higher 1440 x 2560 resolution, a much greater screen pixel density and a quite larger screen.
