HTC U11 is a little bit better than the Galaxy S III AT&T, with a 77.6 score against 72.2. The HTC U11 body is a lot newer and a little thinner, but also extremely heavier than the Galaxy S III AT&T. The HTC U11 has a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a way higher 1440 x 2560 resolution, a much greater screen pixel density and a quite larger screen.
The HTC U11 has a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a SD extension slot that admits up to 128 GB and 64 GB internal memory. The HTC U11 has a quite superior hardware performance than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and 6 more cores.
The HTC U11 shoots much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a larger sensor providing a better image quality, a lot higher resolution camera, a much larger diafragm aperture to take better low-light captures and videos and a way better (4K) video resolution.
