Huawei Mate 8 is just a bit better than Galaxy S III AT&T, with a 77.4 score against 72.2. Even though the Huawei Mate 8 is extremely heavier than Galaxy S III AT&T, it's just a little thinner and also much newer. Huawei Mate 8 counts with a bit better processing power than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with 6 more cpu cores and more RAM memory.

Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has a bit sharper display than Huawei Mate 8, although it has a way worse 1280 x 720 resolution, a quite inferior number of pixels per inch of display and a way smaller display. Huawei Mate 8 takes much better pictures and videos than Galaxy S III AT&T, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Huawei Mate 8 also has a back facing camera with a lot better 16 mega-pixels resolution, a much larger aperture and higher 60 frames per second video frame rates.

Huawei Mate 8 features a very superior memory for applications and games than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and an external memory slot that admits up to 128 GB. Huawei Mate 8 counts with a superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a 90 percent bigger battery size.

Huawei Mate 8 costs more than the Galaxy S III AT&T, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a better phone for that extra money.
