Huawei P30 Lite is a bit better than the Galaxy S III AT&T, with a 77 score against 72.2. Huawei P30 Lite's body is much newer and somewhat thinner, but somewhat heavier than Galaxy S III AT&T. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P30 Lite has 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3, so it provides you some nice extra features.

The Huawei P30 Lite has just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores and a larger amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy S III AT&T features a bit sharper display than Huawei P30 Lite, although it has a lot lesser pixels per screen inch, a way worse resolution of 1280 x 720 and a really smaller display.

The Huawei P30 Lite features a very superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 512 GB and 112 GB more internal storage capacity. Huawei P30 Lite captures just a bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Huawei P30 Lite also has a back facing camera with a much higher 24 MP resolution, a way bigger back camera sensor which gives a much higher photo and video quality and a lot bigger aperture for better photos and video in low light situations.

The Huawei P30 Lite has a way better battery lifetime than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has 3340mAh of battery capacity instead of 2100mAh.
