LG Q70 is a bit better than Galaxy S III AT&T, with a 77.9 score against 72.2. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but LG Q70 has the newer 10 version and Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, providing you some extra features and performance optimizations. Even though the LG Q70 is much heavier than Galaxy S III AT&T, it's a bit thinner and incredibly newer.
