The Motorola Edge 20 is better than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, having a general score of 86.1 against 72.2. Although Motorola Edge 20 is somewhat heavier than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, it's thinner and also extremely newer. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola Edge 20 has a newer 11 version while Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3, so it gives lots of additional features and performance enhancements.
