Motorola Edge 20 Lite has a global score of 87.1, which is a lot better than the Galaxy S III AT&T's 72.2 global score. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola Edge 20 Lite has the newer 11 version and Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3, giving a couple additional features. Motorola Edge 20 Lite's body is extremely newer and a little thinner than Galaxy S III AT&T's, although it's also much heavier.
