The Moto G Power (2021) body is much newer, but incredibly heavier and a little bit thicker than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T. Moto G Power (2021) counts with a bit superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a higher number of cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.

The Galaxy S III AT&T counts with a brighter display than Moto G Power (2021), because although it has a bit lower 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and a really smaller display, it also counts with a just a little higher display density. The Moto G Power (2021) features a much greater memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 512 GB and 48 GB more internal memory capacity.

The Motorola Moto G Power (2021) captures way better videos and photos than Galaxy S III AT&T, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Motorola Moto G Power (2021) also has a back camera with way more megapixels, a much larger camera sensor which gives a way better image and video quality, a much larger diafragm aperture to take better images and videos in low-light environments and higher video frame rate.

Moto G Power (2021) counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a 138% greater battery capacity.

Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, the Motorola Moto G Power (2021) is also by far the cheapest, making this phone a great choice.
