Moto G31 is slightly better than the Galaxy S III AT&T, with a overall score of 77 against 72.2. Moto G31 is a much heavier phone than Galaxy S III AT&T, but they have the same thickness. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Moto G31 has newer 11 version and Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, providing a couple additional features.

The Moto G31 has a bit faster processor than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and more cores. Galaxy S III AT&T counts with a little bit better looking display than Moto G31, although it has a really smaller screen, a way lower display density and a way worse resolution of 1280 x 720.

Moto G31 counts with a lot bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a SD memory slot that holds up to 1 TB and 64 GB internal storage capacity. Moto G31 takes much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same video definition, the Moto G31 also has a much larger camera aperture to capture better low-light photos and a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera.

Moto G31 has a way better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
