Moto G71 5G is better than the Galaxy S III AT&T, having an 82.9 score against 72.2. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android OS (Operating System), but Moto G71 5G has a more recent 11 version and Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, giving a couple additional features. Moto G71 5G's body is newer and just a bit thinner, but incredibly heavier than the Galaxy S III AT&T.
The Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T features a bit sharper display than Moto G71 5G, although it has much lesser pixels per inch in the display, a much smaller screen and a way worse 1280 x 720 resolution.
