The Moto G9 Play is a little bit better than Galaxy S III AT&T, having a 76.7 score against 72.2. Even though the Moto G9 Play is extremely newer than the Galaxy S III AT&T, it is a little bit thicker and extremely heavier. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but Moto G9 Play has 10 version while Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version.

Moto G9 Play features a bit faster processor than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with more CPU cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. Galaxy S III AT&T features a sharper display than Moto G9 Play, because although it has a way smaller screen and a quite lower resolution of 1280 x 720, it also counts with a little bit higher number of pixels in each inch of screen.
