The Moto Z3 Play has a general score of 76.3, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T's overall score of 72.2. Although Moto Z3 Play is somewhat heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, it's noticeably thinner and also extremely newer. Moto Z3 Play has a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a larger number of cores and more RAM memory.

The Motorola Moto Z3 Play features a way better battery duration than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a 43 percent more battery capacity.

Even being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, the Motorola Moto Z3 Play is also cheaper than the other phone, which makes this phone an easy choice.
