Nokia 8.3 5G is better than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, with an 80.5 score against 72.2. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but Nokia 8.3 5G has 11 version while Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version. The Nokia 8.3 5G construction is newer, but just a little bit thicker and much heavier than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T.
