The OPPO Find X3 Neo is a little bit better than Galaxy S III AT&T, having a 76 score against 72.2. OPPO Find X3 Neo's design is newer and just a little bit thinner than the Galaxy S III AT&T's, but it is also a lot heavier. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the OPPO Find X3 Neo has a more recent 11 version and Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version.
OPPO Find X3 Neo features a quite superior performance than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with 10 GB more RAM memory and a higher number of cores. OPPO Find X3 Neo has a slightly better looking display than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a better count of pixels per inch of screen and a lot bigger screen.
