Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy A40 is much better than the Galaxy S III AT&T, getting a 79.6 score against 72.2. Even though Samsung Galaxy A40 is just a little heavier than the Galaxy S III AT&T, it's just a little thinner and way newer. These phones use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy A40 has a more recent 11 version while Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3, so it provides you a lot of extra features and performance tweaks.
Galaxy A40 has a little bit better performance than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM and 6 more cpu cores. Samsung Galaxy A40 has a display that is very similar to the Galaxy S III AT&T one, although the Samsung Galaxy A40 also has a bigger display, more pixels per inch of screen and a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels.
