Samsung Galaxy A50s is a lot better than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, with a score of 86.6 against 72.2. These phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy A50s has newer 10 version and Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3, providing the user some extra features. Although the Samsung Galaxy A50s is somewhat heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, it's thinner and also notably newer.

The Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy A50s, although it has a really smaller screen, a way lower resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and a just a bit less pixels per inch in the display.
