Galaxy A51 5G has a score of 90.8, which is way better than the Galaxy S III AT&T's 72.2 overall score. These phones come with Android OS, but Galaxy A51 5G has a more recent 11 version and Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, counting with some nice extra features and performance improvements. The Galaxy A51 5G is a much heavier phone than the Galaxy S III AT&T, but both are equally thin.
Samsung Galaxy A51 5G features a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger number of faster cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.
