Samsung Galaxy A6 is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, having a 75.8 score against 72.2. The Samsung Galaxy A6 design is a lot newer and somewhat thinner than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T's, but it's somewhat heavier. The Galaxy S III AT&T features a better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A6, because although it has a little smaller display and a bit lower resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch in the screen.

The Galaxy A6 counts with a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has 32 GB internal storage capacity and a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 400 GB. The Samsung Galaxy A6 counts with a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with a higher number of cores and more RAM memory.

Galaxy A6 features a better camera than Galaxy S III AT&T, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Galaxy A6 also has a way better 16 mega pixels resolution camera in the back, a bigger back camera sensor taking better quality videos and pictures and a lot larger aperture to capture better low-light photography and videos.
