The Samsung Galaxy Alpha has an overall score of 76.3, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T's general score of 72.2. Both phones in our current comparison include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Alpha has 4.4.4 version and Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3, so it gives a lot of extra features. Samsung Galaxy Alpha is a somewhat lighter and a lot thinner cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T.

Galaxy Alpha counts with a superior processing power than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, and although they both have a 2 GB RAM memory, the Galaxy Alpha also has a higher number of faster cores and a much better graphics processing unit running at 450 megahertz. The Galaxy Alpha has a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1280 x 720px resolution, the Galaxy Alpha also counts with a bit better screen density.

Galaxy Alpha counts with a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a lot better video quality, a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better low-light photos and a back camera with way more mega-pixels.
