Samsung Galaxy C7 has an overall score of 77.7, which is slightly better than the Galaxy S III AT&T's 72.2 general score. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy C7 has newer 8.0 Oreo version while Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, so it counts with a couple additional features. Samsung Galaxy C7's body is a lot newer and notably thinner, but way heavier than the Galaxy S III AT&T.
