The Samsung Galaxy M13 is better than Galaxy S III AT&T, with an 81.1 score against 72.2. The Samsung Galaxy M13 construction is much newer and a little thinner than the Galaxy S III AT&T's, but it's way heavier. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy M13 has newer 12 version while Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, providing the user a couple additional features and enhanced performance.
