Galaxy M21 has an overall score of 84.1, which is much better than Galaxy S III AT&T's score of 72.2. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy M21 has a more recent 11 version while Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3. The Galaxy M21 design is much newer than the Galaxy S III AT&T's, although it is a bit thicker and extremely heavier.
Galaxy M21 features a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, a higher amount of pixels per screen inch and a much bigger display.
