Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a score of 98.9, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T's general score of 72.2. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has newer 13 version while Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, so it offers lots of additional features and performance optimizations. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's construction is incredibly newer and a little thinner than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T's, although it is much heavier.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features just a bit better screen than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a way larger display, way more pixels per display inch and a lot higher 1440 x 3088 resolution. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a quite better processing power than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores (and faster).

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a much better memory to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 1000 GB and 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 2100mAh.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a very superior camera than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a lot higher video resolution, a much larger aperture for better captures and video in low light environments, a way bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a lot more mega pixels back facing camera.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra costs a lot more than the Galaxy S III AT&T, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
