The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is much better than the Galaxy S III AT&T, getting an 81.6 score against 72.2. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is a much newer and just a little bit thinner device than Galaxy S III AT&T, but it's extremely heavier. Both phones we are comparing come with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a newer 5.0 version and Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3, so it gives a couple nice extra features and a performance increase.
