The Galaxy S20 is a lot better than the Galaxy S III AT&T, getting a 94.8 score against 72.2. The Galaxy S20 construction is incredibly newer and just a little bit thinner than Galaxy S III AT&T's, but it is somewhat heavier. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S20 has a more recent 13 version while Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3, so it gives you some additional features.
The Galaxy S20 has a quite superior hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with more RAM memory and 6 more processing cores. Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a little sharper display than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a bigger screen, a much better resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels and a much greater pixels count per inch of display.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a much better storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 1000 GB and 112 GB more internal memory.
