Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is much better than Galaxy S III AT&T's general score of 72.2. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 13 version and Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3, so it gives lots of additional features and improved performance. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's construction is noticeably newer than Galaxy S III AT&T's, but it's just a little thicker and noticeably heavier.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a superior processing power than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and 6 more CPU cores. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a little sharper screen than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a much better 1440 x 3200 resolution, a lot greater pixels quantity per display inch and a really larger display.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a very superior camera than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a way higher 7680x4320 video definition, a way larger camera sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and pictures, a back facing camera with much more megapixels and a way larger camera aperture. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a superior storage for apps and games than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a SD memory slot that supports up to 1000 GB and more internal storage capacity.
