Galaxy S21 has a score of 91.8, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T's 72.2 global score. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S21 has the newer 11 version and Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, giving you some nice extra features. Although the Galaxy S21 is heavier than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, it's a little bit thinner and also newer.
The Galaxy S21 has a much better looking display than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has more pixels per inch in the display, a bigger screen and a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2400. Galaxy S21 counts with a much better storage for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.
Galaxy S21 features a better processor than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with more CPU cores and a higher amount of RAM. The Galaxy S21 counts with a superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
Samsung Galaxy S21 features a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a much bigger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a much better 12 megapixels resolution back-facing camera, a much better video resolution and a much bigger aperture to capture better low light photography.
Samsung Galaxy S21 is more expensive than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, but you can get a much better phone for that extra dollars.
