The Galaxy S22 Ultra is a lot better than Galaxy S III AT&T, getting a 95.4 score against 72.2. Galaxy S22 Ultra is a way newer device than Galaxy S III AT&T, although it is a bit thicker and notably heavier. Both of these phones have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S22 Ultra has a more recent 13 version and Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3.
