Galaxy S25 has a score of 82.6, which is much better than Galaxy S III AT&T's 72.2 overall score. Galaxy S25 is a extremely lighter and thinner cellphone than Galaxy S III AT&T. Both phones in this review come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S25 has the newer 14 version while Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, providing some extra features and improved performance.

Samsung Galaxy S25 has a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a lot better 1080 x 2340 resolution, a bigger display and a greater count of pixels per inch of display.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 counts with a much bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy S25 features a much better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.

Samsung Galaxy S25 takes much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a way larger camera aperture, a much better 50 MP resolution camera, a much larger sensor taking lot higher quality videos and photos and a way higher video quality.

Galaxy S25 is more expensive than Galaxy S III AT&T, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
