Both devices in this review work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S25 Ultra has the newer 14 version while Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version. Galaxy S25 Ultra is a notably lighter and extremely thinner device than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra counts with a much better display than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a way higher quantity of pixels per inch in the screen, a way bigger display and a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra features a way bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity.
Galaxy S III AT&T features a way better processing power than Galaxy S25 Ultra, because although it has lesser CPU cores and lesser RAM, it also counts with a GPU.
