Galaxy S25 Ultra is a notably lighter and extremely thinner device than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra counts with a much better display than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a way higher quantity of pixels per inch in the screen, a way bigger display and a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels.
