The Samsung Galaxy S4 is slightly better than Galaxy S III AT&T, having a score of 79 against 72.2. Samsung Galaxy S4's construction is newer, just a little bit lighter and just a little bit thinner than Galaxy S III AT&T. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S4 has a more recent 4.4 version while Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3, providing a couple additional features and performance optimizations.
Samsung Galaxy S4 counts with a much better looking screen than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has more pixels per inch of display, a lot higher resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a quite bigger display. The Galaxy S4 features just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount and a 400 megahertz graphics processing unit, the Galaxy S4 also has a larger number of cores.
