Samsung Galaxy S6 Active is much better than Galaxy S III AT&T, getting a overall score of 80.9 against 72.2. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has a more recent 5.0 version while Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active is a a little thicker but incredibly lighter phone than the Galaxy S III AT&T.
The Galaxy S6 Active has a quite better hardware performance than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory, a 64-bits CPU, more CPU cores and a faster 650 megahertz graphics processing unit.
