Galaxy S6 has a general score of 87.4, which is much better than Galaxy S III AT&T's overall score of 72.2. Galaxy S6's construction is way newer and incredibly thinner, but also a little bit heavier than Galaxy S III AT&T. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S6 has 5.0 version while Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, so it gives a lot of extra features.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 has a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a lot better resolution of 2560 x 1440px, a way higher pixel amount per inch of display and a little bit bigger screen. Galaxy S6 has a better performance than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a faster graphics co-processor, a 64-bit processor, a higher number of cores and more RAM.
The Galaxy S6 has a much bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 112 GB more internal storage.
