Galaxy S7 edge has a score of 78.1, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy S III AT&T's score of 72.2. Both phones in our current comparison include Android OS, but the Galaxy S7 edge has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version while Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3. The Galaxy S7 edge is a much newer and thinner phone than the Galaxy S III AT&T, but it is also heavier.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge features just a bit better processing power than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and faster) and a higher amount of RAM. Galaxy S7 edge has a slightly better screen than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a way better quantity of pixels per screen inch, a quite bigger display and a way higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px.

Galaxy S7 edge features a superior memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has an external memory slot that admits up to 200 GB and more internal memory. Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has a much longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has 3600mAh of battery capacity.
