The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has an overall score of 80.1, which is better than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T's overall score of 72.2. These phones work with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has the newer 8.0 Oreo version and Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, so it counts with some nice extra features. Even though Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro is incredibly newer than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, it is a lot heavier and notably thicker.

The Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with a better CPU than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger number of cores and more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a slightly better screen than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a bit bigger screen, a much better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a way greater pixels amount per screen inch.

Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a superior memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has an external memory card slot that admits up to 512 GB and 64 GB internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a really longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a 114 percent larger battery size.

Galaxy S III AT&T has a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, although it has a back facing camera with way less megapixels resolution, a way tinier aperture which is not good for low-light photography and video, a lower 1920x1080 video quality and a tinier back camera sensor capturing less light and duller colors.

Although Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy S III AT&T, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy S III AT&T.
