The Galaxy Z Flip 5G is a lot better than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, having a general score of 92.3 against 72.2. These phones include Android OS, but Galaxy Z Flip 5G has a more recent 11 version and Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3. Galaxy Z Flip 5G's design is a lot newer and somewhat thinner than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T's, although it's also much heavier.
