Xperia 5 II has a general score of 87.2, which is way better than Galaxy S III AT&T's 72.2 global score. Even though Xperia 5 II is heavier than the Galaxy S III AT&T, it's just a bit thinner and notably newer. Xperia 5 II features a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a way better 1080 x 2520 pixels resolution, a higher pixels number in each screen inch and a larger screen.
The Xperia 5 II counts with a much better storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 1000 GB. The Sony Xperia 5 II counts with a quite better hardware performance than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with 6 GB more RAM memory and a higher number of cores (and they are faster).
