Comparison review
The Sony Xperia 5 III has a score of 90.5, which is much better than the Galaxy S III AT&T's general score of 72.2. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but Sony Xperia 5 III has a more recent 11 version and Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, giving some nice extra features. Sony Xperia 5 III's construction is notably newer and a little bit thinner, but incredibly heavier than Galaxy S III AT&T.
The Xperia 5 III features a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a larger display, a better pixel density and a way better resolution of 1080 x 2520px. The Sony Xperia 5 III features a much bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has 240 GB more internal memory and a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
