Sony Xperia PRO-I is way better than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, getting a general score of 96.3 against 72.2. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but Sony Xperia PRO-I has the newer 11 version while Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3, providing you a couple additional features.
