Sony Xperia XZ Premium is much better than the Galaxy S III AT&T, with a 79.8 score against 72.2. Sony Xperia XZ Premium is a noticeably newer and a little bit thinner cellphone than Galaxy S III AT&T, although it is heavier. Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a much more vibrant screen than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a lot better screen density, a much better 2160 x 3840 resolution and a quite bigger display.
