Comparison review
Xperia XZs is a little bit better than Galaxy S III AT&T, getting a overall score of 77.2 against 72.2. The Xperia XZs design is noticeably newer and a bit thinner, but heavier than Galaxy S III AT&T. The Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T features a bit better screen than Sony Xperia XZs, although it has a quite smaller display, a way lower display pixels density and a lot lower resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.
Xperia XZs features a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with more cores and more RAM memory. The Xperia XZs has a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has 16 GB more internal memory and a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 256 GB.
Xperia XZs shoots much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a lot higher (4K) video quality, a much bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a way bigger aperture and a lot higher 19 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back. Xperia XZs features a way better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a 2900mAh battery size against 2100mAh.
The Xperia XZs costs more than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
