Xperia Z4v is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, having a 78.8 score against 72.2. These phones use Android OS (operating system), but Xperia Z4v has the newer 5.1 version and Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, giving you lots of additional features. The Xperia Z4v is a heavier cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, but they have the same thickness.
The Sony Xperia Z4v features a much better looking screen than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has way more pixels per inch of display, a lot higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a little bit larger screen. Sony Xperia Z4v features a very superior memory capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB and more internal storage capacity.
